Is this compliant with Google and FTC review rules?
Yes, by design. We never gate reviews: every rating tier gets the option to leave a public review, and low ratings default to a private response — nothing is blocked or filtered. That is the opposite of review-gating.
Does the QR code expire?
No. Print it once and it works forever — your free card never stops accepting feedback. Paid plans are about extra features and support, never about turning your customers away.
What happens when a customer leaves a low rating?
They choose how to follow up: talk to a manager (they leave an email or phone number so you can reach them), keep it private (their feedback goes straight to you, no contact), or leave a public review. You get alerted the moment it lands.
How do reviews get routed?
Happy customers (4–5 stars) are offered a link to leave a public review on your primary platform (e.g. Google); paid plans can route to every platform you connect (Google, Yelp, Facebook). Everyone gets the choice — low ratings just default to solving it privately first.
What stops someone from spamming my QR code?
Every submission requires a freshly-minted, one-time capability issued only after a human-interaction check. If submission volume looks anomalous for your business, new submissions are automatically held for your review before anything public-facing happens.

What happens to customer feedback data?
Feedback is collected with consent and delivered only to your business. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Customers and you can request deletion, handled within 30 days.
What is the First-20 launch guarantee?
The first 20 businesses to buy a paid plan are covered by a full-refund guarantee: if you are not satisfied within your first 3 months, email support@beyondx.llc and we refund your paid subscription fees (minus taxes and processing fees). After that, the standard policy applies — no refunds for a billing period that has already started.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like — we stop charging you immediately. Sales are final: no refunds or prorated credits for a billing period that has already started, but you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for.
