Is this compliant with Google and FTC review rules?
Yes, by design. We never gate reviews: every rating tier gets the option to leave a public review, and low ratings default to a private response — nothing is blocked or filtered. That is the opposite of review-gating.
What stops someone from spamming my QR code?
Every submission requires a freshly-minted, one-time capability issued only after a human-interaction check. If submission volume looks anomalous for your business, new submissions are automatically held for your review before anything public-facing happens.
Does the QR code expire?
The link never expires. On the free plan your card works for 3 feedback submissions, then pauses until you subscribe — enough to see the loop work, then you decide if it is earning its keep.
How do reviews get routed?
Happy customers (4–5 stars) are offered a link to leave a public review on Google or Yelp. Unhappy ones come straight to you, privately, so you can fix it while the customer is still nearby.
What happens to customer feedback data?
Feedback is collected with consent and delivered only to your business. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Customers and you can request deletion, handled within 30 days.

Can I cancel anytime?
